These terms are the agreement between you and Harmaan Singh Gill ("we"), who runs Two-Way at twowaymarket.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you're using it as a consumer, nothing here takes away your legal rights.

What Two-Way is

Two-Way is an educational tool for practicing the market-making games used in trading interviews. It's practice, not financial advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Games use made-up money. We're not affiliated with any trading firm, bank or fund, and practicing here doesn't guarantee any interview or job outcome.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or over to make an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account, please. Pro is for you, not for sharing.

Pro subscriptions

• Price: Pro costs £9.99 a month or £89.99 a year, including any VAT that applies. The price you pay is shown before you subscribe.
• Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. For yearly plans we'll email you before it renews.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Price changes: if we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your right to cancel

UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because Pro starts as soon as you pay, when you subscribe you ask us to start straight away and you agree that you lose that 14-day right once Pro has begun. If something isn't right, email us anyway: we'd rather fix it.

Fair use

Please don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, get around the free plan's limits, harass other players, or use offensive names in group games. Hosts can remove players, and we can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The site, its questions, clues, guide and design belong to us. You're welcome to use them for your own practice and to run games with friends or your society. Please don't copy them into another product.

If things go wrong

We work hard to keep Two-Way running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders. If you don't agree, you can cancel and stop using the site.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
