Two-Way is an independent UK startup building practice for the market-making games in trading interviews. One-on-one against an interviewer that trades for profit, or live with your friends and your whole society.
Your first market shouldn't be in the interview.
Trading firms love market-making games. An interviewer picks a number you can't know exactly, asks for a price, and trades against you while you work it out. It tests how you think under uncertainty, how you react to information and how you manage risk, all at once.
It's a skill you can only really build by doing it, and most students meet their first one in the interview itself. Two-Way exists so you can do it hundreds of times first: with an interviewer that trades like a real one, a debrief that tells you what to fix, and questions where every answer is checked and sourced.
Joining a group game is always free. They're the most fun way to learn, and a good game night is how most people find us.
